      <title>Historical Society Open House (Saturday, June 20, 2026)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Thayer House will be open for tours on Saturday June 20, 2026, from noon to 3:00 PM. The Barn and Resource Center will also be open at 31 Tenney Road to view the exhibits for the nation's 250th anniversary. Reservations and payments can also be made in person for the June 26,2026 dinner event with John and Abigail Adams at 31 Tenney Road.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;To celebrate our nation's 250 th anniversary and to benefit the Braintree Historical Society there will be a dinner at Town Hall with hot and cold buffet and cash bar. Cost is $50 for non members and $45 for members. Contact Pepe at 781-848-4535 for tickets. Advance reservations are required. Suggested attire is business casual/Patriotic. Checks can be dropped off at 31 Tenney Road on Thursdays from 9:30 AM to noon.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
